Employers value economic graduates highly. There are, even in challenging times as these terrific job opportunities for good economic graduates in a variety of fields such as accountancy, finance and banking, public policy, the civil service, insurance, teaching as well as the opportunity to undertake further study.
Our department is one of the leading departments in Ireland with an enthusiastic staff of more than 15 tenured academics actively engaged in research with interests spanning from Labour, Industrial Organisation, Finance, Public Economics, Electoral Reform and Macroeconomics.
